Guy Tennenholtz is a Research Scientist and Member of Technical Staff at Noetive, where he focuses on the auto-research effort and the reinforcement-learning training framework. He holds a PhD from the Technion with focus on reinforcement learning, causal inference, and partial observability. Guy brings a deep industry background in both applied and theoretical AI, having held research roles at Google Research, Amazon, Microsoft, and Nvidia, among others. His work spans core RL, recommender systems, uncertainty estimation, and LLM post-training, with highly cited publications at top-tier venues including NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, and UAI.
