Amir Frenkel is Co-Founder & CEO of Noetive, building an agentic AI operating system for the physical economy. He spent nearly a decade in engineering and product leadership at Meta — most recently as VP of GenAI, co-leading the AGI Foundations group behind Llama and, after Meta's 2025 reorganization, helping lead the AI infrastructure (GPUs and data centers) powering Meta Superintelligence Labs.
