Noetive has acquired Meridian, an early-stage AI platform for construction, marking our entry into the construction industry.
Meridian was founded and built by a construction entrepreneur who developed the platform hands-on with a construction management firm running a large portfolio of active projects — and it quickly drew interest from other construction companies. Its founder joins Noetive as GM Construction, West Coast, where he will rebuild that vision on the Noetive platform and lead our work with our first construction design partner.
Construction is one of the three industries, alongside manufacturing and logistics, where we are initially taking our research straight into the real world: taking on the hardest operational problem at the core of how a business runs, and proving that the intelligence of record delivers measurable value there.
